This session goes through the process of planning a governance transition- a voluntary “revolution” from benevolent dictatorship to community rule.  The workshop will cover influential cases, discuss theories of governance dynamics, and describe tools, all tied in with your own experiences, hopes, dreams, concerns, etc.  This workshop is for anyone considering a governance metamorphosis, whether it is for an open source software project, a network, or a community resource.
